The space.
Your lovely, quaint apartment off the main house comes complete with a queen-sized bed, a coffee bar with various coffees and teas, a single burner, an instant pot, a small refrigerator, 2 grills (propane and charcoal), a toaster, an electric skillet, and a microwave oven. An additional single bed is available upon request for a $20 service charge. A beautiful picture window offers a stunning view of the St Johns River. Charming Guatemalan theme! The hot tub overlooking the River is available from September through February.
The kayaks, a one-man and a two-man; the golf cart, and the canoe are available for your use with a maintenance fee of $20 for your entire visit.
Bring your fishing pole! Enjoy your morning coffee at one of the tables on the patio outside your door and your evening glass of wine dockside!
Guest Access.
Your unit is self-check-in and you may check in up to midnight on your date of arrival. We will leave the entry light on!
Other things to note.
If you would use of the use of the golf cart or kayaks and canoe, please text me. I will bring the golf cart around to your room. When you’re finished, please plug it in so it will be charged for the next time you want to use it!
