Come and enjoy a stay at an airplane hangar that sits on a small private/public runway. A Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath apartment with a full kitchen and living room. Relax in the hot tub on the huge back deck as you watch the planes land and take off. The deck also has a barbecue.Â
Enjoy the quaint town of Salado Texas, just a few miles away. It boasts of great shopping and local restaurants. Don’t miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime experience!
Store your aircraft overnight for a $25.00 fee.
Guest access
The hangar is the first one to the left. It’s the one with the Texas flag painted on it. Drive around back to the stairs, park under the deck, and go up the stairs to the back deck to enter from there. Use the far left door. You will find a lockbox with the key.

If you need anything just call Cindy.
You need to climb stairs to get to the apartment. You will need to carry your luggage up the stairs.
You have use of all items in the home. Anything that is broken will be charged.
There is NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the home or near any doorway, only outside on the deck. There will be a $200.00 fee for smoking inside.
Please do not go near the runway or others' aircraft, for your safety.
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
PARTIES
Parties are conditional on prior approval. In the special case of a party, please respect quiet hours after 9PM. No more than 10 people in addition to guests who have booked the hangar. No overnight guests in addition to guests who have booked the hangar.
HOT TUB
Please be reminded that small children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Please open the hot tub cover to the left and hang it on the bar. Please do NOT remove the cover completely.
Please latch the cover when finished using the hot tub.
