There is also a fully furnished laundry room to take care of all your washing needs. This beautiful new home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, and the open floor plan makes it perfect for entertaining. Bedroom #1 has a king bed and private bath; bedroom #2 has a king bed; bedroom #3 has two full beds (bunk); bedroom #4 (casita) has 2 full beds and private bath. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share the full bath in the hallway. We have 2 master suites located on opposite sides of the home (bedrooms #1 and #4). The casita is attached to the house and has a separate entrance for maximum privacy. This home has four TVs total (a 60” in living room, two 40” in master suites and a 32” in the guest room). The home will sleep 10 people comfortably. Our 50-foot connected garage is perfect for your boat (garage has a 9′ tall door for larger boats) and vehicles. This home features amazing Lake Powell views as the lake is only ¾ miles away! The home also has unrestricted views of the Vermillion Cliffs which feature the most amazing sunsets every evening!
The back yard features a very large covered patio which comes complete with patio furniture and grill. The back courtyard also opens up into a fully landscaped 1-acre area for your enjoyment. We also have a front courtyard with an outdoor table and seating for 6.
