If you are landing on Lake Cumberland, facilities are few for seaplanes, so plan if you are on straight floats. Refueling is at the seaplane base on the Ohio River at Rising Sun, and Indian.  Seaplane activity is rare, so the locals are fascinated by them and welcome them!
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay!
Lakehouse 2, “Jack”, has an assortment of flea market finds. We focused the decor with an all-American boy in mind. Lakehouse 1, AKA “Diane”, has a bohemian theme. Jack and Diane are right next to each other which makes it perfect for hosting large groups—separate but together!
There is a bunk room that houses a twin bunk and a twin-over-full bunk. The other bedroom has a king bed. Amenities include a community pool, tennis court, charcoal grill, fishing, and swimming off the dock. Be sure to bring your own recreational towels, lifejackets, fishing gear, etc.! The house comes with a dock slip. Rent a pontoon for the day Safe Harbor Burnside is 4 minutes from the house!
