Bath waterfront tropical oasis in a large outdoor space with a private, heated or cooled, lazy river pool. It
offers a relaxing getaway minutes from local shops, restaurants, beaches, attractions, and landmarks. This
lovely, top-floor, waterfront Marathon home was designed with relaxation and comfort in mind.

★ OUTDOORS ★
The highlight of this property is a private one-of-a-kind lazy river pool that can be heated or cooled upon
request for a fee. In the center island of the pool is a complete, full-size, island outdoor kitchen. The kitchen
includes a gas stove and oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, TV, WIFI, ice maker, serving bar, and
lounge area. The area includes a barbeque grill, sun loungers, a bathroom, a heated outdoor shower, a
small sandy beach, a sandy play area, outdoor games, a swing set, and a kayak launch.
It can take several days to either heat or cool the pool. Please request this ahead of time so that you may
enjoy the pool immediately. We recommend heating from November through April. July and August are the
hottest months and the pool can easily rise to 90 degrees or higher. While this isn’t too hot for most, it can
be too hot for some. Contact us 1 to 2 weeks ahead of time to inquire about the current temperature of the
pool.
Enjoy private access to 70 feet of dock for your boat or jet skis with electricity and fresh water as well as
parking for a boat trailer.
On the fourth-floor landing, there is a small observation deck with seating. The 360-degree view from 42
feet high is breathtaking! See the Atlantic Ocean, a bit of the Gulf of Mexico, and all around including a
great place to watch the sunrise or the sunset over the landscape of the city.
There is private parking behind the house for up to 3 cars and a boat trailer.
There is ground and 2nd-floor video monitoring for your safety and security. There are no video cameras on
the 3rd floor or directed into the home or any structure.
The 2nd floor is where the owners and managers
live who will be available to help with anything on the property and to answer any questions.

The owners and managers of the property live on the second floor. We are here and happy to help with
anything that might arise. There is outside video monitoring for security on the ground level and the 2nd
floor. There are no cameras in the fenced pool area, on the 3rd floor, or looking into any structure.
This property is our full-time home, our labor of love, and still undergoing improvements. Please note that
there are building and construction materials on site and visible. We do our best to keep all the areas
organized and clean. No construction projects will be underway that could, possibly, disturb our guests or
their privacy during their stay. If there are any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

The Neighborhood:
The house is nestled in a family-friendly neighborhood in Marathon, less than 5 minutes from local stores,
restaurants, marine stores, and beaches. The neighborhood is home to many colony cats being cared for
by Forgotten Felines of the Florida Keys and the neighborhood’s residents. Most cats are friendly and will
be lounging around in the hopes of a treat. One of these cats, named Night, lives in the backyard and is

Marathon is a beautiful island oasis promoting an old Keys lifestyle and located in the middle Keys. You’ll

West and approximately 50 miles to Miami via The Overseas Highway, Marathon is the ideal escape for a

7-night minimum stay with Saturday to Saturday only. For stays longer than 3 weeks, there will be
mandatory cleanings every 2 weeks for the standard cleaning fee. The property is booked by the week.
