Lake Landing (4NK4) – DeRuyter Lake & Woodford Airfield is a completely renovated waterfront home perfectly positioned on Camp Crone Island, offering 50 feet of pristine shoreline and panoramic water views on both sides of the house 🌊🏡. This serene getaway is ideal for couples or families looking to unplug, relax, and enjoy lake life at its finest. The property features two docks (typically removed after October 1st), two decks, a fire pit, and all the comforts needed for a memorable stay by the water 🔥🪵.

Inside, the home offers an open-concept first floor with a fully equipped kitchen 🍳, dining and seating areas, a cozy living room, and walk-out access to two decks—perfect for morning coffee or sunset dinners ☕🌅. Upstairs, you’ll find two sleeping areas: a loft with two single beds, and a private master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with shower 🛏️🚿. A gas grill on the deck makes lakeside cooking easy, while the fire pit and seating along one of the shorelines invite long evenings under the stars ✨.

Guests enjoy full access to the entire home, with easy self check-in via a YALE keypad deadbolt 🔐. Please do not burn candles inside, close the awning when not in use, and help keep food secured to avoid curious raccoons 🦝.
