We invite anyone seeking a truly unique overnight experience to stay in our beautiful 22-foot Nomadic Tipi—hand painted, thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and cozy. This magnificent shelter is an authentic Sioux-style Tipi, offering a genuine connection to the spirit of the Great Plains. Step through the door and you’ll feel a passageway back through time, experiencing elements of Native American culture in a respectful, immersive way. Step back outside and you’re greeted by sweeping, picturesque views of the Mission Mountains—a sight that never gets old. 🏔️🌅
This luxury glamping Tipi comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and includes 1 Queen bed and 2 Twin beds in a bunk, along with a desk and chair, microwave, coffee bar, refrigerator, and heater/AC for comfort in every season.
Enjoy a bbq pit / outdoor grill, picnic table, Adirondack chairs, and yard games for relaxed mountain living. Guests have access to an indoor full-size bathroom, kitchen, recreation area, washer and dryer in the main house, plus an outhouse and outdoor shower right on site. Private parking is located directly outside the Tipi for easy access and total convenience. 🚗🔥☕

Short-term stays
Guests receive a full refund if they cancel 7 days or more before the scheduled check-in time. The Host doesn’t get paid for the booking. Guests receive a 50% refund if they cancel between 7 days and 72 hours before the listing's check-in time. No refunds within 72 hours of the listing's check-in time.
If the Guest cancels after the check-in time, the Host will be paid for each night the Guest does stay, plus 1 additional night, plus 50% for all additional nights the Guest did not stay.
Long-term stays (28+ nights)
Guests receive a full refund if they cancel 28 days or more before the scheduled check-in time. The Host doesn’t get paid for the booking.
If the Guest cancels after the 28-days-prior point, the Host will be paid 100% for each night the Guest does stay, plus 50% of 30 additional, unused nights. The Host is paid 100% for all of the remaining nights if fewer than 30 unused nights are left on the reservation when the Guest cancels (to a maximum of the equivalent of 50% of 30 nights).
