Mischief Maker – Secluded Mountain-View Cabin with Direct Trail Access
Nestled in the woods of Greenville, Maine, Mischief Maker offers a perfect blend of comfort, seclusion, and adventure. Surrounded by pristine wilderness and boasting sweeping views of Borestone Mountain, this pet-friendly retreat is ideal for families, friends, and outdoor enthusiasts alike. The area is a haven for hiking, fishing, wildlife spotting, and water activities on nearby Moosehead Lake. In winter, it becomes a snowmobiling and ATV paradise with direct trail access from the property. Greenville’s charming shops, restaurants, and historic sites are just a short drive away.
The cabin sleeps up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft, and a spacious entertainment room.
On the main floor, you’ll find one bedroom with two twin beds, another with a queen bed, and a full bath.
The loft offers a queen bed with a private bathroom for extra privacy.
The lower level includes another queen bedroom and a large entertainment room with cozy seating and a smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day on the trails.
The open-plan living area features large windows that flood the space with natural light, comfortable seating, and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for home-cooked meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table or outside on the expansive south-facing deck. Evenings are best spent around the outdoor fire pit under the stars, with rope lights creating a magical glow.

Short-term stays
Guests receive a full refund if they cancel 28 days or more before the scheduled check-in time. The Host doesn’t get paid for the booking. Guests receive a 50% refund if they cancel between 28 and 14 days before the listing's check-in time. No refunds within 14 days of the listing's check-in time.
If the Guest cancels after the check-in time, the Host will be paid for each night the Guest does stay, plus 1 additional night, plus 50% for all additional nights the Guest did not stay.
Long-term stays (28+ nights)
Guests receive a full refund if they cancel 28 days or more before the scheduled check-in time. The Host doesn’t get paid for the booking.
If the Guest cancels after the 28-days-prior point, the Host will be paid 100% for each night the Guest does stay, plus 50% of 30 additional, unused nights. The Host is paid 100% for all of the remaining nights if fewer than 30 unused nights are left on the reservation when the Guest cancels (to a maximum of the equivalent of 50% of 30 nights).
