🚗 Location – Just 10 minutes from downtown Greenville, providing easy access to dining, shopping, and activities. The cabin is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, offering exclusive lake access while remaining close to town amenities.
🔒 Guest Access – Guests have full access to the entire property, including the garage. The basement is restricted and securely locked for safety and privacy.
🚗 Winter Travel Advisory – For winter stays, we recommend a vehicle with four-wheel or all-wheel drive to safely navigate snowy or icy conditions.
🐾 Pet-Friendly – We welcome one small dog (up to 25 lbs), but please keep them off the couches and beds. No cats, please.

Short-term stays
Guests receive a full refund if they cancel 28 days or more before the scheduled check-in time. The Host doesn’t get paid for the booking. Guests receive a 50% refund if they cancel between 28 and 14 days before the listing's check-in time. No refunds within 14 days of the listing's check-in time.
If the Guest cancels after the check-in time, the Host will be paid for each night the Guest does stay, plus 1 additional night, plus 50% for all additional nights the Guest did not stay.
Long-term stays (28+ nights)
Guests receive a full refund if they cancel 28 days or more before the scheduled check-in time. The Host doesn’t get paid for the booking.
If the Guest cancels after the 28-days-prior point, the Host will be paid 100% for each night the Guest does stay, plus 50% of 30 additional, unused nights. The Host is paid 100% for all of the remaining nights if fewer than 30 unused nights are left on the reservation when the Guest cancels (to a maximum of the equivalent of 50% of 30 nights).
